Ingredients:
• 1 tsp BBODY Blue Matcha
• 1 scoop BBODY Chocolate Protein Powder
• 30g rolled oats & 2 tbsp chia seeds
• Milk of choice, blueberries, yogurt & banana

Method:

  1. Mix chia, Blue Matcha, and milk in a jar overnight.
  2. Cook oats in water; stir in protein powder.
  3. Top with yogurt, blueberries, and chilled chia mixture.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop BBODY Chocolate Protein Powder
  • ½ frozen banana & ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 generous scoop Greek yogurt
  • 2–3 tbsp fat-free milk
  • Toppings: 1 sliced kiwi, ½ sliced banana, handful of chia granola

Method:

  1. Blend it thick: Blend frozen banana, blueberries, BBODY Chocolate Protein Powder, Greek yogurt, and a tiny splash of milk.
  2. Mix: Blend on low until thick and scoopable like soft-serve.
  3. Assemble: Spoon into a bowl and top with sliced kiwi, banana, and chia granola for crunch.

Ceremonial Matcha Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 15g BBODY Ceremonial Matcha
  • 125g melted butter
  • 100g white sugar & 80g light brown sugar
  • 1 egg & 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 230g flour
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder, 0.5 tsp baking soda, 0.5 tsp salt
  • 175g white chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Wet mix: Whisk melted butter with both sugars and vanilla. Add egg and mix well.
  2. Dry mix: Sift in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and BBODY Ceremonial Matcha.
  3. Combine: Stir in white chocolate chips, roll into balls, and let dough rest.
  4. Bake: Bake for 12–13 minutes at 180°C.

High Protein Oatmeal with Apple

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop BBODY Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 fresh apple (cored and chopped)
  • 1 tsp honey & ground cinnamon
  • 30g rolled oats & water
  • 1 scoop Greek yogurt

Method:

  1. Caramelize apples: Toss chopped apple with 1 tsp honey and bake/air-fry at 180°C for 10–15 mins until soft and caramelized.
  2. Cook oats: Cook oats with water until tender. Remove from heat and stir in BBODY Chocolate Protein Powder until creamy.
  3. Assemble: Add Greek yogurt to your bowl, layer warm chocolate oats on top, add caramelized apples, and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Blueberry Matcha Chocolate Bites

Ingredients:

  • Frozen blueberries (enough to cover the bottom of a small pot)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Chia seeds & flaxseeds
  • Coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp BBODY Ceremonial Matcha
  • Dark chocolate with sea salt (or chocolate of choice)

Method:

  1. Blueberry base: Place blueberries, honey, chia seeds, and flaxseeds in a small pot over low heat until blueberries soften and break down.
  2. Freeze discs: Spoon small circles of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until solid.
  3. Matcha coating: Mix coconut yogurt with BBODY Ceremonial Matcha in a bowl.
  4. Dip & Freeze: Dip frozen blueberry discs into the matcha yogurt until coated, then return to the freezer until firm.
  5. Chocolate layer: Melt dark chocolate, drizzle or coat the bites completely, and let harden before serving.

Oatmeal BBODY Ceremonial Matcha Banana Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 70 g oatmeal (rolled or quick oats)
  • 15 g BBODY 100% Ceremonial Matcha
  • 50 g chocolate chips (or to taste)

Method:

  1. Preheat and prepare: Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash wet ingredients: In a mixing bowl, mash the 2 bananas with a fork until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Add the oats: Stir the 70 g of oatmeal into the banana mixture.
  4. Mix in BBODY Matcha: Add the 15 g of BBODY 100% Ceremonial Matcha. Mix thoroughly until the batter takes on a vibrant green color and no dry powder remains.
  5. Fold in chocolate: Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Bake: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly into cookie shapes. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  7. Cool: Remove from the oven and let the cookies set on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
