# Return & Refund Policy

We have a **14-day return policy**, which means you have **14 days after receiving your item** to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

## How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. Once your return request is accepted, you can easily send your parcel back using any **BOX NOW** locker across Cyprus[cite: 1, 2].

4. Enter your details to generate and print your return **Consignment Note/Label**[cite: 1].
5. Attach the label securely to your package, visit your nearest BOX NOW locker, and drop off the parcel by typing your parcel/phone ID number[cite: 1].

## Return Shipping Fees

* **BOX NOW Return Fee:** A flat fee of **€2.00** applies to returns processed via BOX NOW lockers[cite: 2]. 
* This return shipping fee of €2.00 will be deducted from your total refund amount[cite: 2].

## Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

## Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

## Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not[cite: 1]. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days (minus the €2.00 return shipping fee)[cite: 2]. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
