## Shipping Options & Rates (Orders under €35)
For orders under €35.00, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your parcel:

## How BOX NOW Locker Delivery Works
1. **Select a Locker at Checkout:** Choose the BOX NOW Automated Parcel Delivery Machine (APM) location that is most convenient for you.
2. **Receive Your Pickup Code:** Once your order is placed in the locker, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing navigation directions and a unique 6–8 digit PIN code.
3. **Collect Your Order (24/7):** Visit the selected locker anytime within **48 hours**. Enter your PIN code into the locker keypad to collect your order.
Need more time to pick up your package? You can extend the pickup window for an additional 24 hours via the link provided in your SMS/email notification.

## Order Processing & Delivery Times
* **Processing Time:** Orders placed before [Insert cutoff time, e.g., 2:00 PM] on working days (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day.
* **Delivery Time:** Deliveries to your chosen locker are typically completed within **1 business day** after dispatch.
* Deliveries do not take place on public holidays or banking holidays in Cyprus.

## Returns Policy via BOX NOW
If you need to return an item, you can return it easily using any BOX NOW locker:
* **Return Fee:** €2.00 per returned parcel.
* **How to Return:**
1. Go to the returns section on our website or use the hyperlink provided in your original shipping confirmation.
2. Follow the prompt to generate and print your return Consignment Note/label.
3. Attach the label to your securely packaged parcel and drop it off at your nearest BOX NOW locker by typing your parcel/phone ID number.

## Unclaimed Items
If an order is not picked up within the total allotted time (up to 72 hours), it will be retrieved and returned to our warehouse. Standard return shipping charges may apply for re-shipping unclaimed packages.
